With half of over 75's living alone* , the Edith Cavell Day Centre provides a welcome and sociable environment for older people to meet, involve themselves in activities and provide an opportunity for carers to have a break.
Open three days a week, the centre has been providing high quality care to older people in the South Norfolk area for over twenty years.
Enjoy friendly company, share a delicious home cooked meal, join in a wide range of activities including reminiscence, craft and exercise sessions.
Remain mentally active, enjoy entertainment and receive stimulation. We provide Eye Tests, Chiropody, Hand Care, Reflexology, Extend and a Hearing Aid repair service all under one roof.

We now offer a Skype service to contact your long distance relatives and friends.
The centre employs two fully qualified organisers and a cook who are responsible for the daily running of the centre. We also rely on trained volunteers, with differing skills, to provide additional care and support.
